Broker Relationships

RHA's organizational philosophy views the retail broker/agent as an important and integral part of its overall program. The broker/agent is the individual who provides professional evaluation and advice to our members on policy issues, coverage and matters relating to loss control and claims management.  RHA requires that each member property have a retail broker or agent.  These retail brokers/agents are essential to the ongoing success of RHA.

• RHA provides insurance programs that can be accessed by any broker or agent.
• RHA provides premium quotes to brokers/agents excluding commissions.
• RHA does not pay commissions to brokers: broker/agent services are negotiated and reimbursed by the insured (RHA member) on a fee basis.
