Claims

RHA strives to help our members remain loss-free. If a claim does occur, RHA serves as an advocate and liaison for our members. RHA provides claims oversight, talking to adjusters and defense counsel on a daily basis, participates in quarterly claims reviews and attends mediations and trials.

RHA utilizes dedicated adjusters for property and casualty claims handling. During a recent audit, our Third-Party-Adjuster (TPA), Gallagher Bassett, earned 98.52 points, out of a possible 100 points.
