Broker Relationships

Retail insurance brokers are essential to the ongoing success of RHA.

RHA requires that each member property have a retail broker or agent. 

• RHA's organizational philosophy views the retail insurance broker as an important and integral part of our overall program.
• RHA provides insurance programs that can be accessed by any broker or agent.
• RHA provides premium quotes to brokers/agents excluding commissions.
• RHA does not pay commissions to brokers: broker services are negotiated and reimbursed by the insured (RHA member) on a fee basis.
