As a not-for-profit association, RHA uses our success to launch programs and initiatives designed to limit members’ losses and liability and improve their operations.
RHA provides over 100 white papers and best practices resources, and conducts frequent webinars to add to our existing library.
RHA conducts on-site loss control assessments that are tailored to our members’ unique exposures. Focusing on operational areas like incident investigation, golf carts, children’s programs and laundry operations, our on-site visits also include training sessions for employees.
We have selected Crawford & Company, Gallagher Bassett, and Vericlaim, all world-wide leaders in claims management and adjusting services, to provide our members with best-in-class property and casualty claims services.
